Blessings, these divine gifts from above, can become interwoven into each and every day … if we allow them. By recognizing and being grateful for the blessings which we’ve been given, we open our hearts and minds to see the abundance of blessings waiting just for us.
While it’s easy to consider so-called positives in our lives “blessings,” we can equally consider trials and adversities to be blessings. James 1:2-4, one of my very favorites, speaks to this: “Consider it pure joy, my brothers and sisters, whenever you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance. Let perseverance finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything.”
In whichever form you find your blessings, it is my hope that you will be receptive to God’s gifts and and allow them to fill your heart. May you be grateful for ALL that you’ve been given so that you may Let Blessings Flow.
